If a candidate chooses to withdraw from an ongoing training program, they may be eligible for a 50% refund of the paid training fees.
Refund requests must be submitted through a formal email request to:

Refund processing time: 10–15 working days after approval.
Refund eligibility is valid only during the training period.
6. No Refund After Training Completion
Once a candidate completes the training program, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Training completion includes full curriculum delivery or training period completion, whichever occurs first.
7. Misuse & Termination
CareerAxis Solution reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate training access if a candidate engages in misconduct, misuse of resources, or violation of institute rules
Deny refund in cases of disciplinary termination
8. Changes to Terms
CareerAxis Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will be effective immediately.
